1. About us

These terms apply to appointments booked through DVLA Driver Medicals, operated by AMA Medical and Consulting Ltd (“we”, “us”). By booking an appointment with us — online, by phone, or via WhatsApp — you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & payment

  • A booking is provisionally held for a limited time once requested, and is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices shown at the time of booking are the prices payable, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible via our enquiry form, phone, or WhatsApp. Appointments cancelled with reasonable notice may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion; late cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund.

4. The medical examination

Examinations are carried out by a GMC-registered doctor in line with DVLA D4 medical standards. The outcome of your examination, and any report submitted to the DVLA, is a matter of clinical judgement by the examining doctor and is outside our control as the booking provider.

5. Communications

By booking with us, you consent to receiving appointment confirmations, payment links and related updates by WhatsApp, email or SMS. You can ask us to stop messaging you on a given channel at any time, though this may affect our ability to confirm or manage your booking.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in arranging appointments and providing our service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our booking service, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
